Message Box: login or register
Message Box is a secure e-mail system that enables users to exchange digital messages with Dutch government agencies. You can access Message Box with an 'Answers for Business' user account or with a so-called 'eHerkenning' account.
Please note: if you are a Dutch entrepreneur with an Answers for business user account, as of 1 January 2015 you can no longer use this account for logging in to Message Box. Instead you will need an e-Identity token of at least level 2+. Please use this token to login, after which you can link it to your Message Box account.
Use 'eHerkenning'
You need an e-Identity token that complies with at least assurance level 2+.
- if you have an 'Answers for Business' user account;
- if you want to create a new 'Answers for Business' user account;
- if you want to be authorised for an existing Message Box, created with an 'Answers for Business' user account.
- if your Message Box has been created with an 'eHerkenning' account;
- if you have been authorised by 'eHerkenning' to use the Message Box of your company;
- if you want to create a new Message Box with an 'eHerkenning' account;
- if you are still logging in with a user account of Answers for Business, but want to change to e-Identification.
